One of my pictures got featured on the cover of a book!

L'appel des cabanes, beau livre sur l'art de s'ensauvager

A few months ago, I got contacted by Vagnon Editions, who were working on a book with Frédéric Desfrenne. L’appel des Cabanes features poetic texts, magnificent illustrations and breathtaking photographies, taking you on a journey in the world of the hidden huts in the French wilderness.

The biggest surprise :
They chose to feature one of my photos on the cover!

The photo got taken in spring 2023, on a (pretty cold) adventure in the Belledonne mountains with Altituderando. After a chilly wake-up, I found my camera all fogged up from the cold and the humidity in the hut.

Luckily, after a while the first rays of sun reached us soon and my camera cleared up, just in time for me to take this picture.

As a photographer nowadays, I am usually working in a digital environnement. So it was a great experience to see one of my pictures printed on a book cover. And even more exciting to see it being sold on library shelfs.
